On Line Marketing

Our client's goal was to provide an on-line marketing service to manufacturers of consumer goods that would capture demographic information and create buyer profiles. DSI implemented a Web-based system that allows selected Internet content providers to offer free samples through linked pages that easily assume the look and feel of each content provider's site while capturing demographic information for sharing with both the provider and manufacturer.

We encapsulated some functions as JavaBeans, which allows other JSP files to share them. In this way we were able to use then in any JSP file without going to the database for every page. This allowed is to deliver a complex project on schedule within an extremely compressed time frame to meet investors's expectations.

  • Management of multiple, overlapping customer campaigns running simultaneously.
  • Capture of customer demographics for analysis and the later targeting of subsequent marketing campaigns.
  • A central point from which to manage partners, clients, and customers.
